The First Year Collective is a small, hand‑picked baby milestone team created for parents who want beautiful, consistent photos of their baby’s first year — without stress, rushing, or guesswork.


This experience is designed to feel warm and personal, while still offering the polished, timeless imagery my studio is known for. Think simple setups, natural expressions, and a photographer who understands babies (and parents).

Frequently Asked Questions


How many babies will be selected?

I will be selecting a small group of 6–8 babies to keep the experience personal, flexible, and stress-free.

What milestones are included?

You’ll receive three milestone sessions during your baby’s first year. Milestones are typically chosen from sitter (6–8 months), 9 months, and 12 months/cake smash.

Is a cake smash included?

Yes — cake smash sessions may be chosen as one of your three milestones. Cake and additional styling are not included but can be added if desired.

Can I do a newborn session as one of my milestones?

Yes — a newborn session can be used for a milestone. This would be a mini newborn session (two color setup) but can be upgraded.

How many images do we receive?

Each session includes 7 professionally edited digital images. Additional images and upgrades are always optional.

Can I book more sessions beyond what’s included?

Absolutely. Team members may book additional sessions at regular pricing.

What if my baby misses a milestone or gets sick?

Babies happen 🤍 We’ll work together to reschedule when possible. Missed sessions without rescheduling may be forfeited.

Do I have to share photos on social media?

Parents agree to make a reasonable effort to share images and tag my business. There is no required posting schedule.

What if I’m not selected?

I truly wish I could accept everyone! Due to limited spots, not all applicants will be chosen. Families are always welcome to book milestone sessions individually.

Is the team fee refundable?

The team fee is non-refundable and secures your spot once accepted.
